Services Terms and Conditions
- Credit Card Processing: By providing your card information, you allow Seek Now Inc. to charge your card for future payments in accordance with their terms. All card information is securely encrypted for your protection. By clicking “Submit Payment & Schedule” below, you agree to SeekNow’s privacy notice, terms of use, and to pay the initial amount set forth in the Estimated Pricing, and additional charges as necessary.
- Estimated and Actual Charges: The estimate provided in the portal is a total for your inspection, based on the inspection type and needs you identified when scheduling. We will place a hold on your credit card either (1) when “Submit Payment & Schedule” is selected (2) 72 hours prior to the scheduled inspection, dependent on the exact timing of the inspection. The amount of the hold will include the Estimated Total listed in your portal plus $100 for additional services performed during the inspection that may not have been identified in the above-listed estimate. For Engineer Assists estimated pricing encompasses a $200 charge for the first hour, any supplemental time on site will be charged accordingly: $50 per additional 15 minutes. Final charges will be based on services actually performed during the inspection and will be more fully described in your final invoice. Should actual services performed upon Inspection exceed the hold amount (Estimated Total + $100), you will be contacted prior to your credit card being charged. Each inspection is scheduled individually and if you schedule multiple inspections, we will place a hold for each scheduled inspection. Cancellations within 24 hours prior to the scheduled inspection time will result in a charge of $100.
