Our inspectors, called Seekers, are professional field experts. They will arrive at your property, conduct a thorough inspection, and send their findings directly to your carrier to help with your claim decision. They will not discuss claim outcomes.
What to expect, step by step.
The process is straightforward. Here is what happens before, during, and after your inspection.

- You do not need to create an account or download anything
- Your SeekNow Seeker will arrive and introduce themselves
- They will inspect the damage and document your property using photos, measurements, and possible 3D scans
- The inspection typically takes 30 to 60 minutes depending on your property
- Your inspection report and findings are sent directly to your insurance carrier for your claim decision
- SeekNow does not make claim decisions. Those are made by your carrier.
