Do I need to create a new account?
No. Your existing SeekNow credentials will work on Maestro. No new setup required.
Will I lose access to my previous jobs or reports?
No. All current and previous inspections, reports, and account information will carry over and remain accessible in one place.
What exactly is changing?
Your web address will change to login.maestroplatform.io, and you'll get a redesigned, easier to navigate interface. Your SeekNow team and the quality of the data you receive are not changing.
Is FastEstimate included with my account?
FastEstimate is an add-on capability. Maestro just makes it easier to find and access if it's part of your account. Contact your SeekNow representative to add it.
When will my migration happen?
Your SeekNow representative will confirm your specific migration date. You'll be able to keep placing and managing requests throughout the transition.
