Step-by-Step Process

    We’ll reach out to answer questions, go over expectations, and get to know you.

  • Begin the Contractor Development Program
    Through our DRIVE Academy, you’ll:

    • Learn safety protocols, report writing, and job workflows
    • Shadow experienced Seekers on real inspections
    • Gain confidence in the field before accepting jobs

  • Get Certified
    After successful mentoring and onboarding, you’ll receive your approval to operate as a certified Seeker in your area.

  • Start Accepting Jobs
    Log into the SeekNow platform to view inspection opportunities near you, manage your calendar, and submit completed work. You choose what to take and when to work.

What You’ll Need to Get Started

  • Reliable SUV, truck, or van that can carry a 32-foot ladder
  • Smartphone or tablet for capturing reports

  • Comfort climbing steep residential roofs

  • Availability during daytime hours (you set your schedule)

Optional but Valuable

  • Construction, inspection, or contractor background
  • Customer service experience
  • Willingness to travel during storms (CAT deployments)

  • P&C Adjuster experience

Mentoring with DRIVE Academy

You won’t go it alone. Our mentoring process pairs you with a field expert who will:

  • Walk you through real inspections
  • Answer questions about tools and tactics
  • Coach you on how to run your operation successfully
