Founded in 2012 by Russ Carroll, SeekNow began by supporting adjusters with ladder assists. Over the past decade, we’ve grown into a nationwide operation that provides on-demand inspections, 360° property capture, digital reporting, estimating, and emergency response services. Today, our technology-enabled network powers property decision-making for the nation’s top insurance carriers, property operators, and real estate investors.

Our History

  • 2012: Russ Carroll launches LadderNow (now known as SeekNow) to help adjusters with ladder assist services.

  • 2015–2018: Expanded into full solo inspections, becoming a trusted partner for major carriers.
  • 2019–2022: Added 360° capture, and streamlined reporting.
